Our salon has the following policy for the mutual convenience of our clients and our salon. *We have the right to refuse or stop service for anyone who is rude or comes in with a bad attitude.
* Health issues (Hepatitis C, Diabetes, etc.) or allergies must be communicated before service. Due to safety concerns, we cannot work on any customer with any infection.
*We do not issue refunds or exchanges on gift cards or certificates. We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items and gift cards.
* It is highly encouraged that you inspect your nails before leaving the salon and immediately notify the manager of any issue. Once you leave the salon, we will not be held accountable if they break or crack.
* We do not provide refunds on services. However, we will try our best to address your issues with the services at our salon. We do not resolve any issues over the phone.
*Our prices are available on the menu. Please confirm the prices with the nail techs before receiving the services.
*For your complete relaxation and also out of consideration for other clients, we request you to please mute cell phones. Please also keep all phone calls to a minimum. This is to ensure a pleasant service to all.
* Unless your pet is for guide purposes, we do not allow animals in the spa.
*Please give us advance notice for canceling appointments.
*If you are unsatisfied with our service, please speak with the manager immediately, and we will do our best to remedy the situation.
